Where we deliver

Anywhere in the Republic of Moldova. We do not deliver outside Moldova.

How we deliver

By Nova Poshta courier, to your door at the address you provide. Delivery is free for the customer, regardless of the number of books. We have no shop or pick-up point.

Timing

Pre-orders are shipped starting from 1 December, in the order in which they were paid. We will let you know by phone or email when your order is handed to the courier.

Once handed over, the courier usually delivers within 1–3 working days and will call you at the phone number in your order.

Storage and packing

The books are stored and packed by us in Chișinău and handed directly to the courier.

Payment

Orders are paid online when placed — by Visa, Mastercard or MIA Plăți Instant. See “Payment terms and conditions” for details.

Returns

Returns are requested by phone or email only and sent back by courier — see “Returns and cancellations”.
