MIA Plăți Instant

1. Payment methods

Visa and Mastercard bank cards issued by any bank;
MIA Plăți Instant — an instant transfer from your bank's mobile app via QR code.

Payments are accepted through the acquiring bank BC «Victoriabank» SA.

2. Price and currency

All prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL). You pay the price shown on the website at the moment of payment. Delivery within Moldova is free. We do not charge any extra payment fees. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and fees.

3. When you pay

Orders are paid in full (100%) online when placed. The sales contract is concluded once the payment succeeds. With a pre-order you pay now at the pre-order price, and shipping starts from 1 December.

4. How payment works

You fill in the order form and choose a payment method.
For card payments you are taken to the secure BC «Victoriabank» SA page and enter your card details there. The payment is confirmed with 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check) — with a code or in your bank's app.
For MIA you scan the QR code and confirm the transfer in your bank's app.
After paying you return to the website and see your order number and the payment result.

5. Security

The website works over secure HTTPS only. Card details are entered on the bank's page only: we never receive, see or store them.

6. If the payment fails

If the bank declines the payment, no money is taken — you can try again or choose another method. If money was taken but your order was not confirmed, contact us: we will check the payment and either confirm the order or refund you. Any temporarily blocked amount is released by your bank within the time set by its rules.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are made only to the original payment method: the same card, or the account the MIA transfer came from.
Refunds are initiated within 14 days of the cancellation or return being accepted.
The time it takes to reach your card depends on your card issuer.
We do not refund in cash or to other cards or accounts.

8. Applicable law

Relations with customers are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, including Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection. Personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection and Law No. 195 of 25.07.2024 on personal data protection.
