Terms and conditions of sale

1. Seller

2. Subject

The seller sells and the customer buys a set: the book “Другая история Рождества” (hardcover, 24 × 24 cm, 99 pages, language — Russian) and a toy. The product description and photos are on the home page.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

No registration is required. The sales contract is concluded once the order is successfully paid on the website. By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read these terms and the payment, delivery and return conditions.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL). The price shown on the website at the time of payment applies. Payment is made online by Visa, Mastercard or MIA Plăți Instant through BC «Victoriabank» SA — see “Payment terms and conditions”.

5. Pre-order

During the pre-order period the product is sold at a reduced price, with shipping from 1 December. The number of copies at the pre-order price is limited (500). If shipping is delayed by more than 7 days, the customer may cancel the order for a full refund.

6. Delivery

Within the Republic of Moldova only, by Nova Poshta courier, free for the customer — see “Delivery”.

7. Cancellation and returns

The customer may cancel before shipping and withdraw within 14 days of receipt. Returns are requested by phone or email only and sent back by courier; there is no drop-off point. See “Returns and cancellations”.

8. Personal data

Customer data is processed only to fulfil the order, in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection and Law No. 195 of 25.07.2024 on personal data protection — see “Personal data processing”.

9. Complaints and disputes

Complaints are accepted by phone or at alina.lazarivozian@gmail.com and reviewed within 14 days. Disputes are settled amicably, or otherwise as provided by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. The customer may also contact the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, including Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 on consumer protection.
