Who processes the data

What data we collect

• first and last name;
• phone number and email;
• delivery address;
• an order comment, if you leave one.

There is no registration or user account on the website. We never receive or store card details: payment takes place on the secure page of BC «Victoriabank» SA.

Purpose and legal basis

Only to fulfil your order: to confirm payment, contact you about delivery and hand the parcel to the courier. The legal basis is the conclusion and performance of the sales contract and the consent you give when ordering. We do not send marketing without your separate consent and never sell data to third parties.

Where and how data is stored

Order data is kept in a secure database with the website's hosting provider (Cloudflare). Only the shop administrator has access to it. The website works over secure HTTPS only.

Recipients and processors

The data needed to process your order is shared only with these recipients:

• BC «Victoriabank» SA — the acquiring bank: processing card and MIA Plăți Instant payments;
• Nova Poshta — the courier service: delivery and returns (name, phone, address);
• Cloudflare, Inc. — the website's hosting provider: storing order data, with no right to use it.

Data is not shared with anyone else, except where expressly required by law.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to fulfil the order and keep accounting records under the laws of the Republic of Moldova, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under Law No. 195/2024 you have the right:

• to be informed about how your data is processed;
• to access your data;
• to have inaccurate data corrected;
• to have your data erased;
• to restrict processing;
• to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
• to object to processing;
• not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing;
• to withdraw your consent at any time;
• to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP, datepersonale.md) and to go to court.
